Having served on the Clarkston Community Schools Board of Education for the past seven years, I have worked as part of a team with our administration, teachers, and support staff to help to keep Clarkston Community Schools as one of the finest districts in Michigan.  Our kids consistently achieve not only academic success, earning hundreds of thousands of dollars in academic scholarships, but also have attained state-wide success in extra-curricular activities such as robotics, band, athletics,  choir, and career and technical education, among others.

But there is still much work to be done. We must continue to strive to help all of our Clarkston children to be successful and reach their dreams, especially those who are not achieving to their highest potential.

I am a strong advocate for academic excellence and fiscal responsibility.  I want to continue serving on the Board to build on the past successes of our district and address the challenges ahead.
